The 2025 Stella Blue Mug Design 

OFFICIAL VOTING RULES

A. Barstool Sports, Inc. (“Barstool”) will select up to four (4) coffee mug designs for the chance to be featured and offered for sale on Barstool’s stellabluecoffee.com (each, a “Mug Design”). Any and all details regarding sale of the Mug Designs described herein will be as determined in Barstool’s sole discretion, and subject to modification by Barstool at any time.

B.  Barstool will accept votes during the applicable voting period(s) in order to assist Barstool in its selection of four (4) Mug Designs to be featured and offered for sale. Selection of the Mug Designs will ultimately be in Barstool’s sole discretion. Mug Design voting will be conducted via submission through the landing page located at https://web.witcontests.com/stellabluecoffee/contest/mug-mania-2025-250309 (the “Voting Link”). 

C.  Votes will only be accepted under the following regulations: 

  1. All votes must be submitted through the applicable Voting Link.  
  2. Submitting a vote through the Voting Link, in the form and format as specified herein, will provide you with one (1) vote. 
  3. Automated or robotic votes submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. 
  4. Votes may only be entered for the initial voting period beginning on March 10, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET and ending March 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Initial Voting Period”). After the Initial Voting Period, the 16 Mug Designs receiving the most votes will advance to the next round of voting, which votes may only be entered for the round of 16 beginning March 17, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET and ending March 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Round of 16 Voting Period”). After the Round of 16 Voting Period, the 8 Mug Designs receiving the most votes will advance to the next round of voting, which votes may only be entered for the round of 8 beginning March 24, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET and ending March 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Round of 8 Voting Period”). The four (4) Mug Designs to receive the most votes during the Round of 8 Voting Period will each receive the chance to be featured on Barstool’s online store, subject to Barstool’s sole discretion. Each of the voting rounds including, Initial Voting Period, Round of 16 Voting Period and Round of 8 Voting Period, shall each be considered a “Voting Period” and collectively, the “Voting Rounds”). Any votes entered either before or after the applicable voting period (as set forth above) will not be counted.
  5. You must be 18+ years of age in order to submit a vote. Submissions from entrants below 18 years of age will not be counted. 

D.    Each individual who submits a vote during a Voting Period shall be eligible to receive a one-time use discount code to be used solely in connection with one eligible purchase made on stellabluecoffee.com (the “Discount Code”). A Discount Code will be available during each Voting Period, and voters may only receive one (1) Discount Code per each Voting Period, for a maximum number of three (3) Discount Codes for the duration of the Mug Design Voting Rounds. Each Discount Code will have a limit of one use per individual and no Discount Code may be combined with any other Discount Code or any other offer and/or promotion. All Discount Codes will expire on May 31, 2025, at 11:59 pm ET and may not be otherwise redeemed for cash or any other offer. 

E.    These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with the watch party voting, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participants' actual out-of-pocket expenses, and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

F.  Barstool assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the voting; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the voting or download of any materials in the voting.

If, for any reason, the voting is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this voting, Barstool reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the voting in whole or in part. In such event, Barstool shall immediately suspend all votes. Barstool shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the voting.
