Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) unless otherwise stated. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time. 

Orders received after 2 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

Pre-Sale Items

Occasionally we will accept pre-sale and back-orders on certain items and during special events. If you have selected an item that is on pre-sale or back-ordered, the estimated ship date is visible in the product description on our website and in your order confirmation email. 

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-sale items, the entire order will not ship until all of the pre-sale items have arrived at our warehouse, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you need something more immediately, please drop us a line.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer flat rate shopping to the Contiguous US only. Shipping costs are based on the weight of items shipped. Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard domestic shipping takes 3-7 business days on average for delivery on domestic orders to the contiguous U.S. Subscription orders always ship free of charge.

Please note, a small number of items in our store ship directly from the vendor regardless of any other items in the order. Items that ship directly from a supplier are noted in the shipping product descriptions, and in your confirmation email. 

Rest of World

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Expedited Shipping

Currently, we do not offer any expedited shipping options. While we aim to ship your order to you as quickly as possible,we are unable to accommodate any requests for expedited shipping. Standard processing times prior to shipment on all orders is 1-3 business days.
