What is the Coffee Club?

The Coffee Club is a flexible way to fuel your mornings. We’ve got you covered with a monthly and weekly replenishment schedules, as well as the freedom to pause, skip or swap products at any time. The Stella Blue Coffee Club also includes 20x entries into every Golden Mug Sweepstakes and exclusive, VIP access to Big Cat with his Quarterly Update Videos.

How Do I Sign Up for the Coffee Club?

Easy. All you need to do is select your coffee style, coffee roast, and shipping interval. Make sure to select Coffee Club Membership before you check out.  

Note: Seasonal, flavored, and Ready to Drink options are not included. 

How Do I Create an Account?

An account will automatically be created for you using the email address you provide at checkout. To login, click on the account icon and enter your email address, a 4-digit code will then be sent to you via email and SMS. 

How Much is the Coffee Club?

You can have Stella Blue Coffee delivered to your door on your schedule for just $16.95. You will be billed on a recurring basis based upon your replenishment schedule.

 Oh, did we mention that you also get free shipping on every order? 

How Does the Coffee Club Membership Work?

Here’s an example. 

Dan purchased a 4 week pods replenishment subscription on June 15th. His first order of pods ships within 3-5 business days. His next pods will ship 4 weeks later. He's committing to receive a box of pods in July only. The subscription auto-renews every 4 weeks until canceled and he would not be able to opt out until after the second shipment.

Can I Change My Coffee Style or Roast?

No problem. Coffee Club members can swap coffee styles and roasts by logging into your account and selecting “Edit Products”. Make sure to hit “Confirm” and “Save” once your selection has been made. 

Note: Seasonal, Flavored, and Ready To Drink Coffee are not included. 

How Can I Skip or Change My Coffee Club Order?

With the Stella Blue Coffee Club you have the freedom and flexibility to manage your coffee schedule directly in your account by clicking here.

* To skip your order, tap “Skip” and it will delay your order until your next scheduled shipment date. Tap “Confirm” to skip. 

* To change your next order date, tap “Next order date” and a calendar will pop-up where you can edit the delivery date. Select your date and tap “Confirm” to save. 

* To edit your order frequency, tap “Edit frequency” and choose your desired frequency (14, 21, 30, 60 or 365 days. Select your next order date and tap “Apply” to save.

What If I Want to Cancel My Membership?

We would miss you but you can cancel your Membership after your first order has been delivered.

To cancel your membership, visit your account by clicking here and entering the email address you used at time of purchase. To verify your account you will be sent a text and email message with a 4 digit Stella Blue Coffee login code.

Once you've logged into your account, follow these steps

* Under “More” or “...” select “cancel subscription”

* A pop-up will appear confirming your choice to cancel.  Indicate your reason for canceling and select 'Confirm' to confirm your cancellation (a  success message will shortly appear letting you know the subscription has been canceled.

Note: Future orders will be canceled, but already placed orders are still on their way
