Want to learn more about Coffee Club Memberships? Here’s a quick guide to help answer your questions on how the program works.

Our Coffee Club extends your Stella Blue experience with access to exclusive gear, content, and quarterly (updates/newsletters) from Big Cat. There are two plan options for the Coffee Club:

Base Membership: Includes 2 Bags delivered every other month of the coffee style & roast of your choice, along with an exclusive t-shirt (at sign up). Merch designs may vary and are subject to change. 

Premium Membership:  Includes 2 Bags delivered every month of the coffee style & roast of your choice, along with an exclusive T-shirt and mug (at signup), early access to certain Stella Blue launches, and exclusive access to other potential Stella Blue perks we may share with you from time to time.  Merch designs may vary and are subject to change.

Stella Blue members have access to two plans. Base is an optional plan that costs less than $3.85/week. With Premium plan you'll receive full access to everything Stella Blue has to offer for the price of less than $6.73/week. Refer to the following chart for the plan options:

Base - 1 year membership (pre-paid)

$199.95 (equivalent of $3.85 / week) plus sales tax as applicable.

Premium - 1 year membership (pre-paid)

$349.95 (equivalent of $6.73 / week plus sales tax as applicable 

Annual Memberships paid yearly are either $199.95 or $349.95 for 12 months, with one payment every 12 months. You can cancel at any time. We do not offer partial refunds or credits.

Here are some examples: 

* Hank purchased a pre-paid Base annual Stella Blue Coffee Club Membership on June 15th, 2022. The subscription auto-renews on June 15th, 2023 of the following year until canceled. 2 Bags are delivered every other month for the duration of his Membership (6 total shipments per year). He can cancel at any time. 

* Billy purchased a pre-paid Premium annual Stella Blue Coffee Club Membership on October 1st, 2022. The subscription auto-renews the following year on October 1st, 2023 and renews each subsequent year until canceled. 2 Bags are delivered every month for the duration of his Membership (12 total shipments per year). He can cancel at any time.

An account will automatically be created for you using the email address you provide at checkout. To login, click on the account icon and enter your email address, a 4-digit code will then be sent to you via email and SMS.

Yes, we would miss you but you can cancel your Membership at any time. Cancellation of a subscription means that you will not be billed again. Your Coffee Club Membership auto-renews each year until you cancel. 

After canceling your Membership, you will be able to use the Coffee Club up until your next billing date. When your Membership expires, it will not be renewed. We do not offer partial refunds or credit for canceled annual plans. Canceling your subscription will not refund past plan payments, and previously charged plan fees cannot be prorated based on cancellation date.

Yes. We’ve removed the hassle of having to sign back up every year. Like any other subscription, Stella Blue will continue to renew your Coffee Club membership unless otherwise notified.

Your payment method on file will be automatically charged on your renewal date. Subscription prices may change upon renewal and if they do change, you will be notified before your payment method on file is charged. We’ll send a reminder 3 days before your annual subscription is charged.

You can manage your subscription including changing your coffee style or roast, at any time by going to your "My Account" dashboard and selecting "Edit Products." From the cart page select the three dots icon next to your current product then select from the list of available products. Choose your bean style and roast then hit “Confirm” and “Save changes”.

Coffee club "Gift" members must email customer support for assistance with editing or changing their recurring subscription product. You can email us at help@stellabluecoffee.com with your preferred bean style and roast and we'll get it updated for you.

There are currently no upgrade options available.

No, Coffee Club Memberships are available to US customers only.

Yes! We offer a 12 month prepaid subscription that automatically cancels at the end of the 12 month cycle. To learn more, check out our club page to purchase.

In all cases, Membership charges are nonrefundable, and there are no prorated refunds available based on the cancellation date. We may make an exception if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds.

Coffee Club orders are marked as FINAL SALE and are non-refundable. We will happily replace damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Otherwise, all sales are final. If there are any complications with your shipment, shoot us a note at help@stellabluecoffee.com.

Eligibility: All premium Coffee Club Memberships will receive a free shipping voucher to the Stella Blue Store each month their subscription is active. Base members are not eligible for this benefit. Click here to learn more. 

Limitations: The Monthly free shipping voucher will have a maximum value of $7.95/month. The discount code can not be combined with other promotional codes at checkout. Please note, items that ship direct from manufacturer (including Fellow products) are not eligible for this discount.
