Our Coffee
Stella Blue roasts are made with 100% Arabica and feature a balanced blend of Colombian and Central American beans. Stella Blue Original Roasts are gluten free, allergen free, and produced in an allergen friendly facility. All Stella Brew Coffee Roasts are Kosher.
Seasonal and Flavored Roasts are medium roasts made with 100% Arabica beans. All Seasonal and Flavored Roasts are gluten free and sugar free. Any added flavoring is allergen free and produced in an allergen friendly facility. Seasonal and Flavored Roasts contain 0 calories. Carb count may vary between flavors, but is generally between 0g and 3g.
Orders
Processing Time
The warehouse processing times is different for each item in your order. Most in-stock orders are currently shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description page, and in your confirmation email next to each item.
Since each purchased item requires a specific warehouse processing time certain products may delay shipment of your entire order. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time.
Orders received after 2 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.
Pre-Sale Items
Occasionally we will accept pre-sale and back-orders on certain items and during special events. If you have selected an item this is on pre-sale or back-ordered, the estimated ship date is visible in the product description on our website and in your order confirmation email.
If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-sale items, the entire order will not ship until all of the pre-sale items have arrived at our warehouse, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you need something more immediately, please drop us a line.
Order Status
After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. From that email you can click the "View Order Status" button in that email to be taken to your order status page, where you can view the order status and tracking information.
A status of "Confirmed" means the order is not ready to ship. No need to worry, it just means your order is still processing. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a second shipping notification via email with tracking details and it will be marked as "Shipped" or "Delivered" once it arrives.
If you have not received your order, please carefully review any shipping details in the product description and order confirmation email next to each line item before reaching out to support.
Order Changes
We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. If your order has not started processing, we will do our best to accommodate all update requests that include address changes or order cancellations.
Once your order has gone into a processing queue with our distribution center, we cannot make any changes outside of an address update or cancellation. Please check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake with your address, please contact us ASAP with the correct address.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer flat rate shopping to the Contiguous US only. Shipping costs are based on the weight of items shipped. Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard domestic shipping takes 3-7 business days on average for delivery on domestic orders to the contiguous U.S.
Please note, a small number of items in our store ship directly from the vendor regardless of any other items in the order. Items that ship directly from a supplier are noted in the shipping product descriptions, and in your confirmation email.
Rest of World
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Expedited Shipping
Currently, we do not offer any expedited shipping options. While we aim to ship your order to you as quickly as possible, we are unable to accommodate any requests for expedited shipping. Standard processing times prior to shipment on all orders is 1-3 business days.
Returns
Coffee Policy
At Stella Blue, we work hard to ensure you are receiving the freshest, highest quality coffee possible. If there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend (or a similar blend of equal or lesser value) within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in the same damaged condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Coffee, at this time, cannot be returned for credit or refund. If you require further assistance, please email help@stellabluecoffee.com.
Apparel Policy
Clothing, apparel and accessories can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit, a refund, or a replacement, unless otherwise noted.
Final Sale Items
Please note, coffee (grounds, beans and pods), subscribe & save orders, Coffee Club orders, sale items, items that ship direct from manufacturer (Fellow®) and items made on-demand are marked FINAL SALE. These products are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Please carefully review all product details, including the products shipping & returns description and all sizing information prior to purchasing.
How to submit a return request?
To submit a return request, please send an email to help@stellabluecoffee.com with the following information:
- Order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- A brief summary of your reason for return
- If you wish to return this product for a full refund, exchange or store credit
If your return is accepted, we will send a prepaid shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
✓ The cost of return shipping is $5.00 for any number of items and will be deducted automatically from your refund. No refunds on shipping fees.
✓ Once we receive your item, we will inspect the return and refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment or issue store credit to your email on file. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of us receiving your items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
✓ We reserve the right to limit returns and to track returns initiated from the same customers or shipping addresses. If we believe that a customer has been or is likely to take advantage of our return policy, we reserve the right to deny returns to any customer.
